Cart audit
We review the cart through the buyer's eyes: is it easy to get to and understand what is in it, is the total and an estimated delivery visible, is it convenient to change quantity and remove, is it clear how to go to checkout, are there reasons to change your mind right here. We find what makes people abandon the cart and give a prioritized plan. Honestly — this is a review of the cart, not a rebuild of it: the audit by itself does not bring more orders, that is verified by tests.
Cart audit — overview

A cart audit is a one-time expert review of how the cart is built and works from the buyer's perspective: is it easy to find and open, is it clear at a glance what is in it (photo, name, price, quantity), is it convenient to change quantity, remove and save for later, is the total and at least an estimated delivery cost and time visible upfront, is it clear and noticeable how to go to checkout (and does that button get lost next to "continue shopping"), is there a promo-code field and does it work clearly, does the cart inspire trust, are there reasons to change your mind at this step, and does everything look and work fine on a phone. Honestly about the main point: this is diagnosis, not the design or development of the cart; and it is not a guarantee of a rise in orders or conversion. An abandoned cart is not only about the cart itself: the cause is often the price, the delivery cost and time, trust in the store, or that the person was just "price-checking". So the recommendations are reasoned hypotheses for A/B testing, not "we will raise conversion by X%". With access to analytics (how many reach the cart and how many go on to checkout) the review is deeper and relies on your numbers; without access it is an expert assessment of the cart — much is visible, but some problems remain unseen without analytics (for example, without it we will not see what share abandons specifically at the cart). It is a snapshot in time: the cart and the terms change. You get a report with prioritized problems and recommendations; the design, copy and development are done separately or by your team. An important boundary: this is an audit of the cart itself and the transition to checkout, not an audit of the checkout flow (the order and payment process after the cart — separate) and not an audit of product cards (how a buyer decides to add — separate) — those are adjacent but separate services. If there is no cart as such or items are almost never added to it, there is almost nothing to analyze and you most likely do not need the audit. Picture this: instead of "people add to the cart but do not order" you learn that delivery and the total are visible only at checkout, the "checkout" button gets lost next to "continue shopping", changing quantity is awkward, and on a phone the cart hides behind an icon with no counter — and you see what to fix first. The base price starts from 10,000 ₽; it depends on the complexity of the cart and the platform.

FAQ
Will the number of orders grow after the audit?
The audit itself does not raise it. An abandoned cart is not only about the cart: the cause is often price, delivery, trust, or that the person was just price-checking. We find the weak spots and give hypotheses, but what will work is verified by A/B tests; growth is possible only after implementation and is not guaranteed.
How is this different from a checkout audit?
A cart audit is about the cart itself and a clear transition to checkout. A checkout audit is about the order and payment process after the cart. They follow one another and complement each other, but they are different services.
Will you rebuild the cart and write the code?
No, that is separate work. The audit gives diagnosis and hypotheses: what to improve and why. The design, copy and development are done separately or handled by your team.
