Adding a FAQ page
Adding a FAQ page collects clients’ frequent questions and answers on one convenient page with expandable blocks (an accordion) and FAQPage markup. Clients find the answer themselves, support load goes down, and part of the objections before a purchase are removed.
Adding a FAQ page — overview

Adding a FAQ page is a structured “frequently asked questions” page: questions grouped by topic (delivery, payment, warranty, returns), answers opening on click (an accordion — expandable blocks), with search and links to the right sections. We add FAQPage markup (structured data by the Schema.org standard) — it helps the search engine understand the page structure. Honestly about SEO: since 2023 Google has almost stopped showing FAQ snippets (expanded answers right in the results) for commercial sites — it has kept them mainly for authoritative government and medical resources; so we add the markup (it structures the data and prepares you for the future, even without a snippet), but we will not promise “stars in Google”. The main benefit of a FAQ is convenience: the client finds the answer themselves, part of the objections are removed before the purchase, and support is offloaded. Why pay instead of assembling it in a builder: a DIY FAQ often turns out as a wall of text without grouping, search and valid markup; we design the structure, help word the answers from your real questions, set up the accordion, search and Schema — convenient for the client and clear to the search engine. The border with a blog is simple (see the “Adding a blog” service): a FAQ answers a question right here and briefly; if a topic needs depth, we put a link to a blog article. Picture this: clients ask about delivery and returns a hundred times; we collect the answers into one convenient list — and a person solves the question themselves, without going to a manager and without abandoning the cart. The base price starts from 8,000 ₽; it depends on the number of questions and the design.
Problems we solve
- Clients ask the same questions — support wastes time on repeats.
- Objections (delivery, warranty, returns) are not removed — a person hesitates and leaves without buying.
- Answers are scattered across the site or absent — it is hard to find information.
- There is a list of questions, but it is inconvenient — a wall of text without search and grouping.

FAQ
Will a FAQ give “rich snippets” in Google?
Most likely no. Since 2023 Google shows FAQ snippets almost only for authoritative government and medical sites, and for commercial ones extremely rarely. We still add the FAQPage markup: it structures the data, helps the search engine understand the page and prepares you for the future, even without a snippet. But promising stars in the results would be dishonest — the main benefit of a FAQ is convenience and removing objections.
Why pay if a FAQ can be assembled in a builder?
You can assemble it, but it often turns out as a wall of text without grouping, search and valid markup, with made-up “for show” questions. We help select and word the real questions that remove objections, make a convenient structure, an accordion, search and Schema markup. You pay not for “a page with text”, but for it actually working for trust and offloading support.
How is a FAQ different from a blog?
A blog (see the “Adding a blog” service) is full articles that cover topics in depth, for traffic from search. A FAQ is short precise answers on one page: we answer a question right here, and if depth is needed we put a link to a blog article. They are often used together: a FAQ for quick answers, a blog for detailed materials.
