Forecast models
We build forecast models on your data: expected sales, demand, traffic, revenue, load — accounting for trend and seasonality and with confidence intervals. So you plan budgets, purchasing and resources on an estimate rather than intuition. Honestly upfront: a forecast is an estimate with a margin of error, not a guaranteed prediction of the future; no one can guarantee exact numbers, and neither can we.
Forecast models — overview

Forecast models is an analytical project (with possible refresh): based on your history (sales, traffic, revenue, demand) we build a forecast with time-series or ML methods, account for trend, seasonality and external factors where available, and deliver a forecast with confidence intervals (a probable range), not one 'exact' figure. Honestly about the nature of a forecast, this is key: any forecast is an estimate with uncertainty, built on the assumption that past patterns persist; the future may differ, and shocks (a demand surge, a crisis, a new competitor, a rule change) are fundamentally unpredictable — so we give a range and probability, not a guarantee; an 'exact prediction' in marketing and sales is impossible. Honestly about data: sufficient and quality history is needed — on short or noisy history the forecast is unreliable; dirty data = a wrong model (garbage in, garbage out). Honestly about aging: the model reflects past behavior and over time diverges from reality — it needs periodic retraining and fact-vs-forecast reconciliation. Honestly about the essence: this is an estimate for planning, NOT controlling the future and NOT metric growth — the forecast helps you prepare (budgets, stock, resources), but by itself it does not increase sales and does not 'come true' from the fact of being built. Honestly about metrics: the model relies on correlations and assumptions, not proven causes. Requirements: access to history and agreed assumptions. An important boundary: this is forecasting, not anomaly detection (separate), not LTV modeling (separate) and not a result guarantee. If the business is new and there is no history, the forecast is premature — we say so honestly. Picture this: instead of 'we buy and hire blindly for the season' you plan by the forecast range and its probability. The base price starts from 30,000 ₽ per project; it depends on data, the number of series and the horizon.
Problems we solve
- You plan budgets, purchasing and resources on intuition.
- You do not see expected demand/revenue with seasonality.
- Seasonal peaks and dips catch you off guard.
- There is no probable range, only a 'yearly average'.
What's included in the Forecast models service
- Preparing and checking historical data
- Choosing a method (time series/ML) for the task
- Accounting for trend, seasonality and external factors (where available)
- A forecast with confidence intervals (a range)
- Model-quality check on held-out data
- A report with assumptions, range and limitations
- Reviewing results with you
- Model-refresh recommendations
What you get
- A demand/sales/revenue forecast with a probable range
- Planning budgets and resources on an estimate, not intuition
- Clear assumptions and reliability limits
- A base for planning (no guarantee of the future)
How the work goes: steps
- We clarify what to forecast, horizon, data, assumptions; collect access
- We prepare data, build and check the model, compute intervals
- We compile a report with ranges and limitations, review with you

FAQ
Will the forecast definitely come true?
No. A forecast is an estimate with a margin of error on the assumption that past patterns persist; the future may differ and shocks are unpredictable. So we give a range and probability, not a guarantee of exact numbers. An 'exact prediction' is impossible.
Will a forecast model raise sales?
No. It helps you plan (budgets, stock, resources), but by itself it does not increase sales and does not 'come true' from being built. Growth is separate work; the forecast only helps you prepare for it.
I have little history — can you build it?
On short or noisy history the forecast is unreliable, and dirty data will distort the model (garbage in, garbage out). If data is scarce, we honestly say it is too early to forecast and suggest what to collect.
