Website hack recovery

Hack recovery is an urgent technical project: we assess the infection, isolate the site where possible, search for malicious code, web shells and backdoors, remove them, restore files/DB from a clean backup (if one exists), close the found vulnerability/entry point, update components, change all credentials and keys, verify operability. Honestly about guarantees, this is key and mandatory: technical works return the site to a working state and remove what is found, but we do NOT guarantee: (1) full data recovery — it depends on the presence and freshness of your backups; without a clean copy some data may be lost; (2) 100% removal of all backdoors/traces — the attacker could have left hidden mechanisms; we search and close thoroughly, but no one honestly gives an absolute 'it won't come back' guarantee; so it is critical to change all passwords/keys and then strengthen protection. Honestly about the boundary: these are technical works, NOT forensic investigation of 'who and how' (separate, if needed) and NOT the legal part — notifying users/regulators of a breach, statements, is your responsibility/lawyer. Honestly about the backup prerequisite: if there are no backups or they are also infected, recovery is greatly limited; we honestly say upfront what is realistic and what is not. Honestly about 'after': recovery does not equal protection against a repeat hack — the cause must be closed and security strengthened (separate services: hardening, WAF, updates). Honestly about access: full access to the site/server/backups is needed. An important boundary: this is recovery (technical works), not prevention, not forensics and not legal support. Picture this: instead of 'the site is infected, redirects to spam, panic' — a cleaned site restored from a clean copy with the entry point closed and credentials changed. The base price starts from 30,000 ₽ per project; it strongly depends on the scale of infection and the presence of backups.

• Will you fully recover all data?

  It depends on your backups. With a clean fresh copy — yes, to the maximum extent; without it some data may be irretrievably lost. We honestly say upfront what is realistic to recover and what is not — promising full recovery without backups would be deception.

• Do you guarantee there will be no more hacks and all backdoors are removed?

  No, honestly no one guarantees that. We thoroughly search and remove malware/backdoors and close the found entry point, but the attacker could have left something hidden — so it is critical to change all credentials and strengthen protection. Recovery ≠ protection against a repeat hack (separate measures).

• Will you investigate who hacked and handle the legal part?

  These are technical recovery works. Forensics of 'who and how' is separate (if needed), and notifying users/regulators of a breach and legal actions are your responsibility with a lawyer. We return the site to service and close what is found.
