Marketing automation
We set up automated marketing scenarios: a welcome series, abandoned cart, reactivation, segmentation and behavior triggers — emails, push and messages go out by themselves at the right moment. Honestly — automation scales what already works, but does not create demand: on a weak offer or a small base it will yield little.
Marketing automation — overview

Marketing automation is the setup of a platform (Mindbox, Sendsay, customer.io, your CRM’s capabilities, etc.) that launches scenarios by events and user behavior on its own: a welcome series after sign-up, an abandoned-cart reminder, reactivation of dormant customers, congratulations, upsells, segmentation and lead scoring. Messages go out over the right channels — email, push, messengers — at the right moment, without manual sending. We set up the platform, scenarios and triggers, segments, the link with the site and CRM, frequency caps and reporting. Honestly about the main point: automation is an amplifier, not a source of demand. It scales what already works (a good offer, a live base, a clear product), but will not make sales out of a weak offer or an empty base — garbage in, garbage out. The result depends on your content, offer and base quality, not only on the setup. It is not "set and forget": scenarios need copy and content, they must be tested and tuned by results — we launch the mechanics and train you, the ongoing running and content are on you (or a separate service). The messages go through channels you must already have set up (email, push, messengers — see the neighbor services), and each channel works only by consent: multi-channel campaigns require consent and unsubscribe in each channel (152-FZ), the base legality is on you. Each channel has its own provider rules — template approval, sending limits, connection lead time and account-ban risk (for example, sender-name registration or WhatsApp approval take time): that is outside our control and can delay the scenarios’ launch. Unsubscribe is implemented differently too: in email it is a link, in SMS a STOP, in messengers via a bot or a command; we set it up per channel. We take it on when you already have the channels set up, a consented base and the scenario copy; if any of that is missing, that comes first, otherwise there is nothing to automate, and we will honestly say so. The automation platform is a subscription, its tariff depends on base size and features and is your cost; our price is for implementing the scenarios. And honestly: overdoing automated messages leads to unsubscribes — better fewer and to the point, so we set frequency caps. If the base is small, there is one channel or no content for scenarios, automation is premature — start with a basic campaign, and we will say so. Picture this: a customer abandons a cart — an hour later a gentle reminder goes out, the next day an email with similar products, and those who bought get instructions and, a month later, an offer of a complementary item; all by itself, by scenario. The base price starts from 45,000 ₽; it depends on the number of scenarios, channels, the platform and CRM.

FAQ
Will sales grow by themselves after setup?
On their own — no. Automation scales what already works: a good offer, a live base, a clear product. On a weak offer or a small base it yields little — it is an amplifier, not a source of demand. We set up the mechanics honestly and point out the bottleneck, but growth depends on your offer and content.
Is it "set and forget"?
No. Scenarios need copy and content, they must be tested and tuned by results. We launch the mechanics and train your team; the ongoing running and content are on your side or a separate service. Automation without upkeep gradually goes stale.
How much does it cost, and what about consent?
The automation platform is a subscription, its tariff depends on base size and features — that is your cost; our price is for implementing the scenarios. Messages go over channels (email/push/messengers), each works only by consent with an unsubscribe (152-FZ) — the base legality and consent are on you.
