Privacy and consent monitoring is an ongoing (monthly) service: we regularly scan your key pages and check the actual privacy behavior — which cookies and trackers are set and when, whether analytics/pixels/marketing scripts load BEFORE consent is obtained, whether the consent banner (CMP) works correctly and the choice is saved, whether new third-party tags have appeared (including ones loaded via GTM or partner scripts), whether links to the privacy and data-processing policy are in place. On changes and deviations from the expected, an alert arrives. Honestly about the main limitation: this is TECHNICAL monitoring of facts and a signal about discrepancies, NOT a legal service and NOT a guarantee of compliance with GDPR, 152-FZ or any other law — we show what technically happens with data, but the lawfulness, the correctness of policy wording and the sufficiency of measures are assessed by your lawyer; we do not replace a legal audit and bear no responsibility for compliance.
