Reverse-ETL setup
We set up Reverse-ETL: we push prepared data and segments from your warehouse back into operational tools — CRM, ad accounts, email/messengers, support — so teams and systems work on unified, current data. So analytics does not stay in the dashboard but reaches actions. Honestly upfront: this is data synchronization (moving data), not analytics itself, not source-data quality and not metric growth.
Reverse-ETL setup — overview

Reverse-ETL setup is a one-off project (with possible support): we connect your warehouse (DWH/BigQuery/cloud) to operational systems via Reverse-ETL (a ready service like Census/Hightouch or a custom solution), set up models/segments for export, field mapping, scheduling and incremental sync, error control and deduplication. Honestly about the essence, this is key: Reverse-ETL is MOVING data from the warehouse to tools, NOT analyzing it and NOT improving its quality: if the warehouse data is incomplete or dirty, the same goes to CRM and accounts (garbage in, garbage out); correct data in the warehouse is needed first. Honestly about the prerequisite: Reverse-ETL assumes you already have a warehouse with prepared data — if there is none, a BI/DWH project is needed first (separate). Honestly about requirements: access to the warehouse and target systems and their APIs (with limits) is needed. Honestly about the platform: Reverse-ETL services and API load are often paid — billed directly, separately. Honestly about the result: this is data-delivery infrastructure, NOT metric growth — data in the right places helps teams, but sales and effectiveness are separate work. Maintenance: when schemas and systems change the sync needs support. An important boundary: this is Reverse-ETL (from warehouse to tools), not regular ETL/collection into the warehouse (the reverse — separate), not a CDP (though it solves an adjacent activation task — separate) and not analytics. If there are few systems and data does not need returning to tools, Reverse-ETL is overkill. Picture this: instead of 'segments live in the dashboard and are moved to ads and CRM manually' segments automatically go where they are used. The base price starts from 30,000 ₽ per project; it depends on the number of systems and sync complexity (the Reverse-ETL service is separate).
Problems we solve
- Data and segments live in the warehouse/dashboard but do not reach the tools.
- You move segments to ads and CRM manually, with delay and errors.
- Teams and systems work on fragmented data.
- There is no automatic warehouse → tools synchronization.
What's included in the Reverse-ETL setup service
- Connecting the warehouse to target systems (Reverse-ETL)
- Setting up models/segments for export
- Field mapping and sync scheduling
- Incremental sync and deduplication
- Error control and logging
- Flagging source-data quality problems (the fix — separately)
- Documentation and access
- A basic support instruction
What you get
- Data and segments automatically in operational tools
- Teams work on unified, current data
- Less manual transfer and errors
- Analytics reaches actions (growth — separately)
How the work goes: steps
- We clarify the warehouse, target systems, segments; collect access
- We set up export, mapping, scheduling, error control
- We verify the sync, hand over documentation and access

FAQ
Will Reverse-ETL improve my data quality?
No. It moves data from the warehouse to tools: what is in the warehouse goes out (garbage in, garbage out). Data quality is collection setup and putting sources/warehouse in order, separate work; Reverse-ETL only delivers what is already prepared.
I have no warehouse — will it work?
Reverse-ETL assumes a ready warehouse with prepared data. If there is none, a BI/DWH project is needed first (a separate service), and only then Reverse-ETL to deliver data to tools.
Is the Reverse-ETL service included in the price?
No. Ready services (Census/Hightouch etc.) and the target systems' API load are often paid and billed directly, separate from our setup work.
