Reviews system implementation
Reviews system implementation adds the collection and display of customer reviews: a form, moderation, ratings, photos and replies. Visitors see the real experience of others and buy more willingly.
Reviews system implementation — overview

Reviews system implementation is a block where clients leave reviews and visitors read them: a submission form, moderation (you approve before publishing), star ratings, photos with a review, your replies, sorting and pagination. We add Review/AggregateRating markup (Schema.org) — it can show rating stars in Google search for products. Honestly about the stars: Google shows them not always and by its own rules (for reviews about the company itself on its own site — limited; for products — more often), and even with correct markup it requires the reviews to be real, public and unique — so guaranteeing stars in the results is impossible. Why they are needed: before buying, people look for reviews; if you do not have them, the client goes to read on third-party sites and often stays there. The difference from ratings in plain terms: a rating (a score, a star) shows “how much” but does not convince a hesitant newcomer; a detailed review with a photo and your reply removes specific fears (“will it suit me”, “what about the warranty”). You need a quick score — a rating (see the “Ratings system implementation” service); you need to convince and remove doubts — reviews; they are often combined. Importantly and honestly: reviews must be real — faking is illegal, risky (fines, a ban) and detectable; we build a system for collecting genuine reviews, not a fake factory. And moderation is needed — without it spam and abuse will arrive. Picture this: a client hesitates, looks for reviews — and sees them right on the product page, with photos and your replies, instead of leaving for a third-party site. The base price starts from 20,000 ₽ for a system on your own site (form, moderation, ratings, markup, brand design); a ready plugin or service is cheaper at the start, but with a subscription and without full control — we will advise based on the task.
Problems we solve
- Before buying, the client looks for reviews — does not find them on your site and leaves for third-party platforms.
- There are reviews, but they are scattered across social media and maps — not visible on the site.
- There is no trust in a new product or service — nothing to confirm the quality.
- No one handles negativity — there is no place to reply and show care.

FAQ
Will rating stars appear in Google?
Maybe — for products Google shows stars by the markup more often, for reviews about the company itself on its site — limited. And even with correct markup Google decides itself and requires the reviews to be real, public and unique. We add Review/AggregateRating markup correctly, but guaranteeing stars in the results would be dishonest. The main benefit of reviews is trust and retention on the site, and the stars are a nice bonus.
Can reviews be “faked” for looks?
You should not, and we do not do that. Faking reviews is illegal, risky (fines, a ban) and detectable — by both people and platforms. We build a system for collecting genuine reviews from your clients: honest reviews, even with a share of criticism, inspire more trust than a sterile five-star wall.
How are reviews different from a ratings system?
A rating (see the “Ratings system implementation” service) is a score or a vote: quick, a number or stars, showing “how much”. A review is a detailed text experience with moderation, photos and your reply that convinces and removes a newcomer’s doubts. You need a quick score — a rating; you need to convince a hesitant person — reviews. They are often combined: a rating plus text.
