B2B portal
A B2B portal for your wholesale clients and dealers: a personal account with individual prices, order history and reordering, stock, documents and debt. Clients place orders themselves — without calling a manager.
B2B portal — overview

A B2B portal is a private account-based site for one company’s business clients: your wholesalers, dealers and partners log in under their own login and see their prices, availability, order history, invoices and debt, and place and repeat orders themselves. Unlike an ordinary online store (retail, one price for everyone), here each client has their own terms: an individual price list, discounts, deferred payment, an available range. And unlike a marketplace built from scratch (see the “Marketplace from scratch” service), where many independent sellers trade, a B2B portal is YOUR channel for YOUR clients: there are no third-party sellers or competitors on the portal, only your wholesale clients and only your products. Picture a wholesale company: a dealer used to call a manager to check a price and stock — now they log into the account themselves, see their price, place an order and see their debt. The portal is usually linked to 1C or an ERP so that prices, stock and orders stay up to date (integration is possible not with every version and configuration — we define the details and timing after studying your system). The base price starts from 300,000 ₽: it includes accounts with one role, one individual-pricing scheme and a basic integration with your accounting system; extra roles, complex approval logic and non-standard integrations are estimated separately.
Problems we solve
- Wholesale clients order by phone and email — managers manually calculate individual prices, check deferred payments and stock, and make mistakes.
- Each client has their own prices, discounts and deferred payment, but a regular store has one price for everyone — there is nowhere to put individual wholesale.
- A client cannot see their debt, limit and documents — constantly bothering accounting and the manager.
- For large clients an order has to pass approval and a limit, but you cannot control that over email and phone.

FAQ
How is a B2B portal different from a regular online store?
A store is retail: one price for everyone, anyone can buy. A B2B portal is a private account for your wholesale clients: each has their own prices, deferred payment, limits and available goods, sees their debt and documents, and for large clients an order passes approval. A store sells to everyone; a portal serves specifically your partners.
How is it different from a marketplace?
A marketplace is a platform where many independent sellers and buyers trade (see the “Marketplace from scratch” service). A B2B portal is your own channel for your clients: there are no third-party sellers or competitors on it, you sell only your products only to your wholesalers.
Is integration with 1C mandatory and can any version be linked?
It is not mandatory, but it is almost always needed: without it, prices and stock would have to be kept manually in two places. Integration is possible not with every version and configuration of 1C/ERP — what exactly can be linked, in what time and at what cost, we define after studying your system; non-standard work is estimated separately.
