Customer journey analytics
We collect and analyze the customer journey: how a person moves through touchpoints — from the first visit and channels to leads, purchases and repeat contacts, on the site and (where data allows) across devices and channels. So you see real routes and where they break. Honestly upfront: this is analysis of patterns and correlations on available data, not a proven cause and not sales growth; the completeness of the journey is limited by what you can technically link.
Customer journey analytics — overview

Customer journey analytics is a project (with possible support): we describe key scenarios, set up/verify event tagging, link steps into routes and analyze transitions — frequent paths, break points, branches, time between steps, channel contribution to the journey; where data allows we stitch sessions and devices. We deliver journey maps and observations. Honestly about completeness, this is key: a full 'end-to-end' journey is rarely available in full — cross-device, privacy, cookie loss, offline touches and the lack of unified identification make part of the route invisible or modeled; we show what can really be linked, not an ideal picture. Honestly about the nature: the analysis shows WHAT happens and correlations (where the path breaks, which routes lead to conversion), but NOT a proven cause — why needs checking (interviews, experiments). Honestly about data: quality depends on tagging and identification — with wrong events and without stitching the path will be incomplete/wrong (garbage in, garbage out). Honestly about the essence: this is analysis and visualization of routes, NOT raising conversion and NOT implementing improvements — we show where you lose and where friction is, but improving the journey (UX, content, product) is done by you or your specialist; the analysis itself does not raise sales. Requirements: access to data and a sufficient flow. An important boundary: this is journey analytics, not analytics setup from scratch (separate), not money-level end-to-end marketing analytics (672 — separate), not full product analytics (701 — adjacent) and not CRO rework. If traffic/data is scarce or there is no identification, journey analysis is premature. Picture this: instead of 'we don't understand which routes customers take (or don't) to a purchase' you see real routes and break points. The base price starts from 28,000 ₽ per project; it depends on the number of scenarios and data state.
Problems we solve
- You do not see which routes customers take to a purchase.
- You do not know at which transitions you lose people.
- You analyze channels and steps separately, not as a route.
- You make rework decisions without a journey map.

FAQ
Will you show the whole customer journey in full?
We will show what can really be linked. A full end-to-end journey is rarely available: cross-device, privacy, cookie loss and offline make part of the route invisible or modeled. We honestly note the visibility limits rather than drawing an ideal picture.
Will journey analytics raise conversion?
Not directly. It shows routes and break points, but improving the journey (UX, content, product) is done by you or your specialist. The analysis is a base for improvements, not growth itself.
Will you say why the path breaks?
We show WHERE and how it breaks (correlations), but not a proven cause — why needs checking with interviews and experiments. Correlation is not causation.
