Dashboards & BI visualization (Looker Studio)
We build clear dashboards in Looker Studio (or another BI) from your sources — analytics, ad accounts, CRM, sheets, database — with the needed breakdowns, goals and auto-refresh. So you see key metrics in one place rather than compiling manually. Honestly upfront: this is data visualization, not doing the analysis for you and not raising the metrics; and a dashboard is accurate exactly as far as the sources are accurate.
Dashboards & BI visualization (Looker Studio) — overview

Dashboards and BI visualization is a one-off project (with possible support): we connect sources (Google Analytics, ad accounts, Metrica, CRM, Google Sheets, a database), via connectors if needed, and build dashboards in Looker Studio or another BI with the needed metrics, breakdowns, periods, goals and auto-refresh; we set up access. Honestly about requirements: access to the data sources is needed; a dashboard does not compute anything 'out of thin air' — it shows what already exists in the systems. Honestly about accuracy, this is key: a dashboard is as correct and complete as the sources — wrong analytics tagging, uncollected events, a dirty CRM will give a pretty but wrong picture (garbage in, garbage out); we help choose correct metrics and flag gaps, but putting the data in order is separate work. Honestly about divergence: numbers from different systems may not match (different attribution, time zones, definitions) — we agree on unified definitions, but 'perfect convergence' does not exist. Honestly about the essence: this is visualization and data availability, NOT analysis, conclusions and decisions for you and NOT metric growth — the dashboard shows numbers, but what they mean and what to do is decided by you or an analyst; having a dashboard does not raise the metrics. Honestly about the platform: Looker Studio is free; some connectors and other BI (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) are paid — billed directly, separately. Maintenance: when sources change the dashboard needs upkeep. An important boundary: this is dashboard building, not analytics/collection setup from scratch (separate), not end-to-end analytics, not analysis and not optimization. If there are few metrics and the systems' built-in reports suffice, a separate dashboard may be redundant. Picture this: instead of 'data in five accounts, compiled into Excel once a month' you open one dashboard with the current picture. The base price starts from 18,000 ₽ per project; it depends on the number of sources and dashboard complexity.
Problems we solve
- Data is scattered across systems, compiled manually and with delay.
- There is no single current picture of metrics in one place.
- Management needs a clear view, not exports.
- You are not sure the report numbers are correct and comparable.
What's included in the Dashboards & BI visualization (Looker Studio) service
- Connecting sources (analytics, accounts, CRM, sheets, database)
- Building dashboards in Looker Studio or another BI
- Metrics, breakdowns, periods, goals, auto-refresh
- Access for the right people
- Agreeing on unified metric definitions
- Flagging gaps and dirty data (not the fix)
- Optionally dashboard support
- Handover of access and a short instruction
What you get
- A single current picture of metrics in one place
- Less manual compilation and delay
- A clear view for the team/management
- You see where data diverges or is incomplete (the fix — separately)
How the work goes: steps
- We clarify the needed metrics, sources, dashboard audience; collect access
- We connect sources, agree on definitions, build dashboards and access
- We verify correctness, hand over access and an instruction
Why PDV Expert
- Fixed price and timeline — no surprises on the invoice.
- Report and recommendations in plain language — clear without a technical background.

FAQ
Will a dashboard improve the metrics?
No. A dashboard shows numbers clearly and in real time, but by itself it does not raise sales, traffic or conversion. What the numbers mean and what to do is decided by you or an analyst; growth is separate work, not a consequence of having a dashboard.
Can the dashboard numbers be trusted?
As far as the sources are accurate. With wrong tagging, uncollected events or a dirty CRM the dashboard will show a pretty untruth (garbage in, garbage out). We flag gaps and agree on definitions, but putting the data in order is separate work.
Is Looker Studio paid?
Looker Studio itself is free. But some connectors to sources and other BI systems (Power BI, Tableau) are paid, billed directly by the services, separate from our building work.
