Document signing integration
Document signing is electronic document signing right inside your process: clients sign contracts, offers and consents online — without a stamp, paper or trips to the office — and you see who signed and when.
Document signing integration — overview

Document signing is embedding electronic signing of documents into your website or workflow: contracts, invoices, acts, offers and consents are signed online, without printing, scans and couriers. We connect a signing service (for example, DocuSign or Adobe Sign for international deals, КриптоПро/Kontur.Sign/Sign.me for Russian document flow), set up document templates, the signing order (who after whom), fields and checks, and the record: who signed, when and by what method, with a log and a timestamp. The point is to close deals in minutes rather than days spent mailing paper. Importantly and honestly about legal force: “electronic signature” is not one single thing. There is a simple signature (an SMS code, a consent checkbox) and an advanced or qualified one (UKEP — Russia’s qualified e-signature; the Simple/Advanced/Qualified levels under eIDAS in the EU; ESIGN in the US), and they are legally significant in different ways. Which signature your particular document needs is a legal question: a high-value contract and a data-processing consent require different things. We will embed the signature you need, but which level the law requires you must check with your own lawyer. This is not legal advice, and we are not entitled to promise “it will all be legal” — it is more honest to draw the line upfront. Also honestly: a qualified signature requires certificates and sometimes a crypto-provider on the signer’s side — that is a separate story of setup and cost, and we will warn about it in advance. And about scope: if you just need to record that “the client agrees to the offer”, a simple consent with a checkbox and a log is often enough — a full electronic signature would be excessive here, and we will say so. Full signing is justified for contracts and documents where legal significance and non-repudiation matter. Picture this: a client opened a contract via a link, signed it on their phone in a minute, you received the signed document with a timestamp, and the deal was closed the same day. The base price starts from 40,000 ₽; it depends on the signing service, the signature type and the number of scenarios.
Problems we solve
- Contracts are signed on paper — a stamp, a scan, a courier, lost days.
- Deals stall: the client agrees, but the document travels by mail for a week.
- There is no record of who signed and when — disputes cannot be proven.
- Managers collect signatures and scans by hand — routine and errors.

FAQ
Will the electronic signature have legal force?
The signature’s legal force depends on its type and context — that is a legal question, not a technical one. A simple signature (an SMS code, a checkbox) and a qualified one (UKEP in Russia, the Qualified level under eIDAS in the EU) carry different weight; a high-value contract and a data-processing consent need different signatures. We integrate what is technically required, but the legal decision is with your own lawyer — we cannot promise it is “all legal”.
How is a simple signature different from a qualified one — and which to choose?
A simple one (an SMS code, a consent checkbox) is fast and cheap, suitable for offers, consents, non-strict documents. A qualified one (UKEP and equivalents) carries more legal weight but requires certificates, sometimes a crypto-provider on the signer’s side, and costs more to set up. Which to choose depends on what documents you sign and what the law requires of them; we will advise on the technical side, the legal part — with your lawyer.
Do we definitely need an electronic signature?
Not always. If the task is just to record that “the client agrees to the offer”, a simple consent with a checkbox and a log entry is often enough, and a full signature would be excessive — we will honestly say so. Full signing is justified where legal significance and provability matter: contracts, acts, documents with obligations.
