Local shipping integration is connecting carriers of target countries to your checkout: cost and time calculation by address, choice of method and pickup points (pickup points/parcel lockers), creating shipments/labels and status tracking. Honestly about third-party providers, this is key: each delivery service is an EXTERNAL provider. Our work is the technical integration via their API, while the contract with the carrier, the account and the rates are separate (usually your contract with the service is needed). Honestly about availability: the set of services and their API capabilities differ by country — somewhere a rich API with calculation and pickup points, somewhere only basic tracking or no public API at all. We will honestly check what is actually available for the needed countries and do not promise what the carrier does not have. Honestly about the responsibility boundary: we integrate calculation/dispatch/tracking, but the QUALITY of delivery (actual times, safety, losses) is on the carrier's side; the integration shows data but does not manage logistics. Honestly about the effect: transparent times and price reduce abandoned carts, but we do NOT guarantee sales growth by itself. Honestly about maintenance: carrier APIs change — integrations must be maintained. Honestly about the combination: delivery goes alongside the address format (785) and payment (791). Honestly about access: access to checkout and your accounts with the services are needed. An important boundary: this is delivery, while PAYMENT methods are 791. The base integration price starts from 25,000 ₽ (excluding carrier rates); it depends on the number of services and countries.

• Are you responsible for delivery times and safety?

  No, and this is important to be honest about: we integrate calculation, dispatch and tracking, but the actual delivery quality — times, safety, losses — is on the carrier's side. The integration shows data and creates the shipment but does not manage logistics. The chosen service is responsible for the delivery itself by its contract.

• Are carrier rates included in the price?

  No. Our price is for integration. The contract with the carrier, the account and the rates are separate; usually your contract with the service is needed. We will honestly show what is required so you can build it into the delivery economics.

• Can any service be connected?

  It depends on the country and whether the service has an API. Somewhere a rich API (calculation, pickup points, tracking), somewhere only basic tracking or no public API at all. We will check in advance what is actually available for the needed countries and honestly say what is possible and what is not.
