Privacy-focused analytics setup (Plausible / Fathom / Simple Analytics)

Privacy-focused analytics setup is a one-off implementation project: we connect the chosen service (Plausible, Fathom or Simple Analytics), set up visit tracking, sources, goals/events and basic reports; if self-hosted Plausible is chosen we deploy it on your server. These tools deliberately collect aggregated statistics without cookies and without personal data. Honestly about the trade-off, this is the main point: privacy analytics is simpler and lighter than GA4/Metrica, but also less detailed — by nature it does not track individual users across sessions, so there are no deep user funnels, per-user cohorts or a cross-session journey of a specific person; it is a conscious trade of privacy for depth. Honestly about the legal side: cookieless and no-PII reduce the scope of obligations (often you can skip a cookie banner for analytics), but this is NOT automatic GDPR/152-FZ compliance and not a legal guarantee — whether consent and which texts are needed is assessed by your lawyer; we set it up technically. Honestly about the essence: this is collection setup, NOT analysis and NOT growth — the counter shows statistics, conclusions and decisions are yours; the install does not raise traffic or conversion. Honestly about the platform: Plausible Cloud, Fathom, Simple Analytics are paid subscriptions (billed directly by the service, separate from our work); self-hosted Plausible is free under its license but needs your server and upkeep (also a resource). Honestly about data: accuracy depends on correct installation and on the fact that some traffic with aggressive blockers may not be counted. An important boundary: this is lightweight privacy analytics, not a full GA4/Metrica, not product analytics and not end-to-end analytics; if you need deep user funnels — that is a different tool. If you specifically need per-user depth, privacy analytics will not be enough — we say so honestly.
