Realtime dashboards

We build dashboards that update in real (or near-real) time: online sales, leads, traffic, campaign status, operational metrics — so the team sees what is happening right now, not yesterday. Honestly upfront: this is visualization of operational data, not doing the analysis for you and not raising the metrics; and 'realness of time' is limited by your sources' delays.

Realtime dashboards — overview

Realtime dashboards — price, timeline & scope

Realtime dashboards is a one-off project (with possible support): we connect sources that support operational data (streaming events, APIs, databases), set up near-realtime refresh and build operational dashboards for the needed metrics — online sales, leads, traffic, statuses, load. Honestly about 'real time', this is key: true 'realness' is limited by how fast the sources deliver data — some systems update with a delay (minutes, sometimes longer) or by API limits, so it is correct to say near-realtime, not 'second by second'; true streaming needs corresponding infrastructure (and its cost). Honestly about accuracy: the dashboard shows what comes from the sources — with wrong tagging or failures the data will be distorted (garbage in, garbage out). Honestly about the essence: this is visualization of the operational situation, NOT analysis, conclusions and decisions for you and NOT metric growth — the dashboard shows 'what is now', while reacting and improving is decided by you or your team; having a realtime dashboard does not raise sales. Honestly about the platform: BI/streaming services and near-realtime infrastructure are often paid — billed directly, separately. Maintenance: when sources change the dashboard needs upkeep. An important boundary: these are operational dashboards (what is now), not deep analytics (reports/analysis — separate), not monitoring with alerts (a separate service if you need alerts rather than just a screen) and not a regular period dashboard (Looker Studio — a smaller service). If you do not need real-time speed and a daily/weekly slice suffices, realtime is overkill and more expensive. Picture this: instead of 'we learn of an order spike or a lead drop the next day' the team sees it on screen at once (adjusted for source delays). The base price starts from 22,000 ₽ per project; it depends on sources and refresh-speed requirements.

Problems we solve

  • You learn of spikes and drops the next day, not now.
  • There is no operational screen for the team/shift.
  • Data updates once a day but decisions are needed faster.
  • Campaign and operations status is not visible in the moment.

What's included in the Realtime dashboards service

  • Connecting sources with operational data (events, APIs, databases)
  • Setting up near-realtime refresh
  • Operational dashboards for the needed metrics
  • A screen mode for the team/shift if needed
  • Agreeing on metric definitions
  • Flagging delays and data gaps
  • Optionally dashboard support
  • Handover of access and an instruction

What you get

  • The team sees what is happening now (adjusted for delays)
  • You notice spikes and drops faster
  • An operational screen on unified metrics
  • A base for fast reaction (reaction and analysis — separately)

How the work goes: steps

  • We clarify metrics, sources and speed requirements; collect access
  • We set up near-realtime collection and build operational dashboards
  • We verify delays and correctness, hand over access and an instruction

Why PDV Expert

FAQ

  • Is it truly second by second?

Usually near-realtime, not 'second by second'. The speed is limited by how fast the sources deliver data (delays, API limits). True streaming needs separate infrastructure and its cost — we honestly assess whether you need it.

  • Will a realtime dashboard raise sales?

No. It shows the operational situation, but by itself it does not raise the metrics. Reacting and improving is your team's job; growth is separate work, not a consequence of having a dashboard.

  • How is this different from monitoring with alerts?

A dashboard is a 'what is now' screen, it needs watching. If you need automatic alerts about problems without constant watching, that is monitoring with alerts, a separate service. They are often combined.
