Review collection is a system that helps you get more reviews from real customers and show them on the site and on the right platforms. We set up automated review requests after a purchase or service (email, SMS, messenger) at the right moment, review widgets and blocks on the site, a link with external platforms (Yandex Maps, Google, 2GIS, marketplaces), moderation of incoming reviews and easy responses. Honestly about the main point: we collect only genuine reviews. Faking, buying and writing reviews for customers are illegal (consumer-protection law, advertising law, FAS practice; handling others’ data — 152-FZ) and punishable, the platforms purge fakes and ban for them; fake reviews are visible and hurt trust more than their absence. You also cannot delete negative reviews at will: on external platforms it is not in your power, and hiding them is dishonest — the right strategy is not "remove the bad" but to respond to it and fix the cause; a calm reply to criticism often builds trust better than a perfect rating. Also honestly: only a minority of customers leave a review — that is normal; a careful request at the right moment raises the share, but "everyone will start writing" does not happen. Some reviews will be negative — that is natural and even useful: a mix of ratings looks more credible than all fives. And bluntly: if the product or service has real problems, reviews will expose them — review collection is not a substitute for quality but a mirror; the problem should be fixed first. External platforms and review services work by their own rules and tariffs (some features are paid) — that is outside our control. Platform fees and subscriptions (Yandex, Google, marketplaces) are paid separately and are not included in our price. For the RF, note that Google availability is limited — the focus is on Yandex Maps, 2GIS and marketplaces. Moderation in our setup is about your forms on the site; we cannot edit or delete reviews on external platforms. We use customer data only with your documented consent — we help with templates, but responsibility for the base legality and consent is on your side (152-FZ). Our price is for setting up the collection, widgets and links. Picture this: a happy customer, a day after delivery, gets a short one-tap request to rate the order, the review appears on the product card and on Yandex Maps, and to the rare criticism you reply calmly and your service shows. The base price starts from 30,000 ₽; it depends on the platforms, the request channels and your platform.

• Can you fake or buy reviews?

  No, and we do not do it. • Will you delete bad reviews?

  No. On external platforms it is not in your power or ours, and hiding negatives is dishonest. The right strategy is to respond to criticism and fix the cause: a calm reply often raises trust more than a perfect rating. We help build the replies, but we do not "scrub" reviews.

• Will many customers leave a review?

  A minority leave reviews — that is normal for any business. And if the product has problems, reviews will expose them — we will honestly say if the cause should be fixed first.
