Roadmap page — overview

Roadmap page — price, timeline & scope

A roadmap page is a public roadmap for your product: tasks in “planned / in progress / done” columns, with voting and the ability to submit an idea. Unlike a changelog, which shows what is ALREADY shipped (see the “Changelog page” service), a roadmap collects and ranks ideas BEFORE release: you build the roadmap together with your users — they vote, you see the priorities and engage the audience even before development. After release a task moves to the changelog. Ready services (Canny, Frill, ProductBoard) are cheap and cover a standard roadmap with voting — if that is enough, use them. Your own page is needed when a ready one does not fit: integration into your tracker and CI/CD, isolated infrastructure or compliance requirements, full white-label, no annual subscription with a large audience. The base price starts from 60,000 ₽; the total depends on the voting, ideas and integrations.

Problems we solve

  • Users do not know what you are planning — it seems the product is not evolving, and they leave.
  • Feature requests pour into support and chats — impossible to collect and prioritize.
  • It is unclear what matters to the audience — priorities are set blindly, with a risk of building the wrong thing.
  • The team spends time answering “will there be X?” — there is no public place with the plans.

What's included in the Roadmap page service

  • Status columns: planned, in progress, done (configurable)
  • Task cards: description, category, expected period
  • User voting for features — you see what matters more
  • Accepting ideas from users with moderation
  • Comments and subscription to a task’s status
  • Your own brand, white-label and domain; a link to the changelog (done moves into the updates feed)
  • Tracker and CI/CD integration (Jira, GitHub, Trello) — status sync (optional)
  • Responsive, fast loading; SEO foundation

FAQ

  • How is a roadmap different from a changelog?

A changelog shows what is already shipped. A roadmap is about the future: it collects and ranks ideas and votes BEFORE release, which a changelog does not do. You build the roadmap together with your users, and after release a task moves to the changelog. A roadmap collects expectations and priorities, a changelog closes them.

  • Can you collect votes and ideas from users?

Yes. Users vote for features and suggest ideas, you moderate and see the priorities. This helps you understand what matters to the audience and not develop blindly.

  • How much does it cost and what does the price depend on?

The base price starts from 60,000 ₽ for a roadmap with statuses, cards and voting. The price includes custom statuses, white-label and tracker/CI integration — without an annual subscription and without data limits. If a ready service on a subscription is enough, it is cheaper to start with. Complex integrations and idea moderation are estimated separately.
