Russian couriers (CDEK, Boxberry)

Russian couriers (integration of Russian delivery services) is the connection of CDEK (SDEK), Boxberry, Russian Post, DPD, 5Post, Yandex Delivery and others to your store. We set up cost and delivery-time calculation at checkout, a map and choice of pickup point, creation of waybills, label printing and status tracking, and, if needed, cash on delivery. The buyer immediately sees the delivery options and the price, while you no longer calculate and process every parcel by hand. Importantly and honestly: rates and times are taken from the carrier’s own API — we show what it returns, but we do not set the prices and do not guarantee the times; delays, weather and regional disruptions are on the carrier’s side, not ours. Each service is your own separate contract and account: the rates depend on your volume and terms with the carrier — we do the integration, while the commercial relationship stays yours. We begin the integration once you already have accounts and contracts with the services you need — we connect what you have set up, we do not arrange the contracts for you. Cash on delivery is a separate story: it has its own fee, the service holds the money and transfers it periodically, plus a fiscal receipt under 54-FZ is required; we will set it up, but it is not “instant money in the account”. Coverage and the list of pickup points change between services and depend on the region — to remote places delivery takes longer or is unavailable, and this is visible right away. If one service is enough for you or you ship rarely, a full integration of several carriers may be excessive, and we will honestly say so. Picture this: at checkout a buyer chooses CDEK to a pickup point near their home, sees the price and the time, while a waybill is generated for you at once and a tracking number appears. The base price starts from 35,000 ₽; it depends on the number of services, cash on delivery and your platform; for complex or multi-service integrations — an individual estimate after assessment.

• Will you get us the best delivery rates?

  No, rates are your contract with the service, not our area. How much delivery costs is decided by the carrier based on your volume and terms; we show in the store what its calculation returns. If you want cheaper, that is a negotiation with CDEK or Boxberry directly — we can advise, but they set the price.

• Who is responsible for times and delays?

  The carrier is responsible for the delivery itself and the times. We show the time it promises and the tracking statuses, but if a parcel is stuck because of weather, the region or the service’s workload — that is on its side. Honestly: only the carrier itself could promise “delivery guaranteed in N days”, not an integrator.

• Do we need to connect all the services at once?

  Not necessarily. If one or two are enough for you, we will start with them and will not push the whole list. Sometimes a second carrier is worth it for choice and price for the buyer, sometimes it is unnecessary. We will honestly assess it for your volume and geography.
