AI-mention monitoring

AI-mention monitoring is an ongoing (monthly) service: for an agreed list of questions we regularly ask the main AI systems and record whether your brand is mentioned, in what context (recommended, compared, misstated), whether they link to your site and which competitors are mentioned alongside. We separately flag factual inaccuracies about you (AI sometimes 'invents' details) so you can address them through content and sources. Honestly about the nature of AI, this matters: answers are non-deterministic — for one question the model answers differently across sessions, users, regions and versions. So our measurement is a sample and a trend estimate, not an exact exhaustive picture; we honestly show that this is an approximation and verify significant changes before an alert. Models update often, and a sharp change may be about a model update rather than about you — we flag that. Honestly about the essence: this is observation and alerting, NOT improving visibility and NOT a guarantee of appearing in AI answers; you cannot force a model to mention you — being mentioned grows from the quality and authority of content, mentions in sources and reputation, which is separate work (content, PR, SEO), not monitoring. Honestly about data and cost: queries to AI go through their APIs or interfaces, which have limits and per-request costs; with many questions and platforms the cost of model access can be noticeable — we warn about that separately. Coverage is only the agreed questions and platforms; someone must react to an alert. An important boundary: this is monitoring of mentions in AI answers specifically; it differs from AI-search visibility monitoring by focusing on the mentions themselves and factual accuracy (they can be combined), and it is not content/reputation work. If your niche is barely discussed in AI or there are too few questions for a trend, continuous monitoring is premature. Picture this: instead of 'it turned out ChatGPT recommends a competitor and attributes to us a feature we do not have' you see it in the digest and decide what to fix in the content. The base price starts from 12,000 ₽ per month; it depends on the number of questions and platforms.

• How accurate is this data?

  It is a trend estimate, not an exact metric. AI answers are non-deterministic — they vary across sessions, users, regions and versions; we take a sample and honestly show that this is an approximation, and we flag sharp changes (they may be tied to a model update).

• Will there be costs for AI access?

  Possibly. Queries go through AI APIs or interfaces with their limits and costs; with many questions and platforms the cost of model access can be noticeable — we warn about that separately and choose a reasonable volume.
