Honestly about requirements: access to the code/templates is needed to install the script; data is collected through a third-party RUM platform that has its own volume limits and pricing — the platform cost is usually paid separately and depends on traffic, we warn about that in advance. Honestly about data: RUM shows real experience, but meaningful statistics appear only with enough traffic — on low-traffic sites data accumulates slowly and it is too early to draw conclusions. Honestly about the essence: this is collection, visualization and alerting, NOT speeding up and NOT optimization — we show what lags or fails and for whom, but 'fixing' performance is done by your development team or by us separately. The base price starts from 18,000 ₽ per month (includes setup and monthly operation; the third-party platform cost is separate per its pricing).
