Domain reputation monitoring

Domain reputation monitoring is an ongoing (monthly) service: we regularly check your domain's and related IPs' reputation signals against third-party sources — presence on major blacklists and spam databases (DNSBL etc.), security flags (e.g. Google Safe Browsing — phishing/malware), sender reputation at major mail systems (where available), mention in databases of compromised resources. On a listing or signal degradation — an alert with where and what. Early detection matters especially here: landing on a blocklist or a 'dangerous site' flag silently wrecks email deliverability and scares off visitors with a browser warning, and it is usually noticed late. Honestly about data: reputation and lists come from third-party databases, each with its own coverage, criteria and update delays — so this is an indicator, not an exhaustive and instant truth; different services may disagree. Alerts depend on settings: both false and missed alerts are possible — we calibrate thresholds. Some checks may require technical access — to mail analytics, DNS or a test mailbox for seed checks. Honestly about the essence: this is detection and alerting, NOT restoring reputation and NOT delisting from blacklists — delisting (submitting requests to specific databases), remediating the cause (a hack, spam sending, compromised forms) and reputation work are done separately (by your team, specialized experts or us by arrangement). And honestly: reputation is built and restored over time — there is no fast 'whitewashing', monitoring only helps you notice a problem early. Coverage is the configured domains/IPs and connected sources; someone must react to an alert. An important boundary: this is reputation monitoring, not a security audit (why you got listed — separate), not mail/deliverability configuration (adjacent — there is separate monitoring) and not delisting. If the domain is new and not used for mail/advertising, continuous monitoring may be premature. Picture this: instead of 'emails went to spam en masse and a browser warning popped up for clients because the site was hacked and landed in Safe Browsing, and it was learned a week later' you get an alert on the day of the listing. The base price starts from 9,000 ₽ per month; it depends on the number of domains/IPs and the set of sources.

  No, that is separate work. We detect a listing and notify, but delisting (submitting requests to specific databases), remediating the cause (a hack, spam sending) and reputation work are done by your team, specialized experts or us by arrangement. There is no fast 'whitewashing' — reputation is restored over time.

• How accurate is the reputation data?

  It is an indicator, not an absolute. Reputation and lists come from third-party databases, each with its own coverage, criteria and update delays — different services may disagree. We account for that and signal significant changes.

• Is this a security audit or mail configuration?

  No. Why the domain got listed (a hack, compromised forms, spam) is determined by a security audit; email deliverability is handled by separate email monitoring. Here it is specifically observation of the domain/IP reputation and early alerting.
