Email deliverability audit (SPF / DKIM / DMARC)
We check why your emails land in spam or do not arrive: SPF, DKIM, DMARC settings, the reverse zone (PTR), domain and IP reputation, blacklists, authentication and email content — and build a plan of what to fix. Honestly — an audit finds the causes of delivery problems, but it does not guarantee inbox placement by itself: that is affected by sender reputation, subscriber engagement and the closed algorithms of the mail services.
Email deliverability audit (SPF / DKIM / DMARC) — overview

An email deliverability audit is a one-time check of how your emails travel to the recipient's mailbox: the correctness of SPF, DKIM, DMARC and their alignment, the reverse zone (PTR), the reputation of the sending domain and IP, presence on blacklists, technical headers and authentication, the signs that send emails to spam, list hygiene and basic content checks. The goal is to understand what hinders delivery and to give a prioritized plan. Honestly about the main point: this is diagnosis, not setup and not a guarantee of inbox placement. Deliverability is not just DNS records: it is strongly affected by sender reputation, how long and how cleanly you send, subscriber engagement (opens, complaints, unsubscribes) and the closed algorithms of Gmail, Outlook, Mail.ru and Yandex.Mail, which no one controls. So "100% inbox" cannot be promised. It is a snapshot in time: reputation and blacklists change. Access is needed: to the domain DNS records (at least read-only), to the email service / mail domain panel and ideally samples of real emails; without access only an external check of public records is possible — we will say so honestly. Some data (blacklists, seed tests) comes from third-party services — these are estimates with error margins, and their completeness depends on the limits of those services. Important about the law and the list: we check the delivery technicals but do not legalize your mailing — if the list was collected without consent (spam), no SPF setup will save you from complaints and blocks; cleaning the list and collecting consent is on your side. We do not promise "100% guaranteed delivery" or "remove spam forever". What you get: a report with the delivery problems found, by priority, and recommendations (DNS, authentication, reputation, content, list hygiene); implementing the fixes and warming up is separate work. This is a technical deliverability audit: email design, copy and mailing content strategy are not covered here — they are separate services. If you barely send or the domain is new, we will honestly say that reputation conclusions will be limited. Picture this: instead of "emails go to spam" you learn that DKIM is not aligned with the From domain and the domain is listed on one blacklist — and you know what to fix. The base price starts from 10,000 ₽; it depends on the mailing volume and access.

- You do not know whether SPF, DKIM and DMARC are set up correctly.
- Open rates dropped — you suspect a delivery problem.
- You changed the domain or email service and want to check the settings.

FAQ
Will emails stop landing in spam after the audit?
The audit itself does not do that — it finds the causes and gives a plan. But deliverability depends not only on settings: sender reputation, list quality and subscriber engagement matter, and the algorithms of Gmail / Outlook / Mail.ru are closed. "100% inbox" cannot be promised — we will show what can realistically be fixed.
Is access needed?
Yes: to the domain DNS records at least read-only, to the email service panel and ideally email samples. Without access only an external check of public records is possible — the conclusions will be limited, and we will note that honestly.
What if the list was collected without consent?
Then no SPF/DKIM will save it: complaints and blocks come from recipients, and mail services take that into account. We check the delivery technicals, but legalizing the list and collecting consent is on your side and is a separate task.
