Integrations & automation audit
We examine how data moves between your systems — site, CRM, telephony, messengers, email services, analytics, accounting and warehouse — and where automation is broken, done manually or loses data, and build a prioritized plan. Honestly — an audit finds the gaps and the manual routine, but it does not fix or build anything itself: the effect comes from implementation, and some connections depend on third-party APIs that change beyond our control.
Integrations & automation audit — overview

An integrations & automation audit is a one-time analysis of how your systems are connected and where automation lets you down: what data is passed between the site, CRM, telephony, messengers, email services, analytics, accounting and warehouse; the reliability of the connections and error handling (what happens when a service is unavailable), data loss and duplicates, desynchronization, manual operations that could be automated, and the security of data transfer (especially personal data — Russian law 152-FZ). The goal is to find where data and time are lost and to give a prioritized plan. Honestly about the main point: this is diagnosis, not integration setup and not development. Unlike a CRM audit, which looks inside the system itself, here we examine the connections between all the systems around it. The audit finds problems, but the connections start working after implementation, and some links depend on third-party APIs (platforms, banks, services) that change, break or have limits beyond our control — we cannot guarantee that "everything will always stay in sync". Important about personal data: when transferring it between systems, where it is stored and processed matters (152-FZ, residency); we will note the risks, but the legal assessment is given by a specialist — we are not lawyers. Access is needed: to the connected systems and their integration settings (at least read-only), ideally to the exchange logs; without access only a review based on a diagram and what you tell us is possible, which is less accurate. It is a snapshot in time: services and their APIs change. We do not promise to "automate everything and forget the routine": some processes are not worth automating or cannot be — we will say so honestly. What you get: a report with a data-flow diagram, problems by priority (losses, duplicates, manual routine, risks) and a plan (what to fix, what to automate, what to leave as is); developing and setting up integrations is separate work. If you have few systems and everything works, we will honestly say the audit is excessive. Picture this: instead of "requests sometimes disappear" you learn that on a form failure the lead is not saved anywhere (errors are not logged), and the same contacts are duplicated in the CRM and the email service because of two-way sync without rules. The base price starts from 18,000 ₽; it depends on the number of systems and connections — we will give a preliminary estimate based on your setup.
Problems we solve
- Data is lost or duplicated between systems.
- A lot of manual work: you move data between services by hand.
- You are not sure requests arrive everywhere they should.
- A zoo of services, and it is unclear what is connected to what and how.
What's included in the Integrations & automation audit service
- A data-flow diagram between systems (what goes where and how)
- Reliability of connections and error handling (what happens when a service is down)
- Data loss and duplicates, desynchronization
- Manual operations that can and should be automated
- Dependence on third-party APIs: limits, risks of changes and breakages
- Security of data transfer, especially personal data (152-FZ)
- Exchange logs and alerts about integration errors
- A prioritized report with a diagram, problems and a plan
What you get
- A clear diagram of how your systems are connected
- Where data and time are lost and where the risks are
- A plan: what to fix, what to automate, what to leave (implementation is separate)
- Understanding what depends on you and what on third-party services
How the work goes: steps
- We clarify the system stack, key processes and collect access (systems, integration settings, logs)
- We build a flow diagram and check reliability, losses, duplicates and manual routine
- We prepare a report with the diagram and a prioritized plan and review it with you
Why PDV Expert

FAQ
Will you set everything up and automate it right away?
No, the audit is diagnosis and a plan. Developing and setting up integrations is separate work (by us or by your developers). We honestly separate what is part of the audit from what is part of an implementation project.
Can absolutely everything be automated?
No. Some processes are not worth automating or cannot be (third-party API limits, rare exceptions, decisions that need a human). We will honestly say what is worth automating and what is cheaper and more reliable to leave as is.
Do you guarantee the integrations will never break again?
No. Some links depend on third-party APIs: platforms and services change them, introduce limits or go down beyond our control. We find the weak spots and build in error handling and alerts so failures are visible and do not lose data, but "it will never break" cannot be promised.
