Live chat implementation
Live chat implementation adds an online chat through which visitors ask questions and get a quick answer. Fewer “I’ll think about it” exits — and, if you reply promptly, more leads.
Live chat implementation — overview

Live chat implementation is connecting and setting up an online chat (a widget in the corner of the page) through which a visitor types a question and gets an answer from your operator. We choose the service for the task: there are free ones (Tawk.to) and paid ones with more features (Jivo, Carrot quest, Chatra) — the paid ones have more convenient CRM, analytics and auto-greetings, but they charge a subscription; we will tell you about the recurring costs in advance. You can install the widget yourself in a couple of clicks — but many stop there and lose inquiries: operators do not get notifications, no one captures contacts after hours, there are no reply templates or consents under the law. We set up the chat so a lead is not lost: greetings, contact capture after hours, operator notifications, receiving messages in Telegram or email, templates for frequent answers. Honestly: a chat works only if there is someone to answer — if there is no operator, we set up contact capture and auto-messages. Unlike a chatbot (see the “Chatbot implementation” service), which answers automatically by a scenario, here live people answer (it can be combined with a bot). Picture this: a visitor wants to check availability but is too lazy to call — they write in the chat and get an answer right away, staying on the site. The base price starts from 8,000 ₽; it depends on the service and the settings.
Problems we solve
- It is easier for a visitor to leave than to call or write an email — the question stays unanswered and the lead is lost.
- There is no quick contact channel on the site — a competitor with a chat answers first and takes the client.
- Calls and email are slow — by the time you answer, the client has already bought elsewhere.
- The widget was installed “as is” — operators get no notifications, and after-hours inquiries are lost.

FAQ
The chat is free (Tawk) — why pay for implementation?
The service itself may be free, and you can install the widget yourself in a couple of minutes. But it is the setup that turns the chat into a source of leads: operator notifications (without them messages just go unseen), contact capture after hours, receiving in Telegram, templates for your questions, consents under the law. If you have a simple site and the default widget is enough — we will honestly say that you can manage on your own.
How is a chat different from a chatbot?
In a chat, live operators answer — it is about a quick human reply. A chatbot (see the “Chatbot implementation” service) answers automatically by a scenario, without a human, and that is a separate service. They are often combined: the bot takes simple questions and contact capture, and passes complex ones to an operator.
What if we have no one to answer in the chat?
Then a live chat without setup only annoys — so we set up auto-messages and contact capture: the visitor leaves a question and a phone number, and you answer when you can. Or we connect a bot for simple questions. We will honestly say if you cannot handle a live chat right now — sometimes an ordinary request form is better.
