Payment integration
Payment integration connects online payment acceptance to your site: cards, SBP, wallets through the right payment gateway, with a receipt under the law. Clients pay right on the site instead of transferring money manually.
Payment integration — overview

Payment integration is connecting online payment acceptance to the site through a payment gateway (acquiring). The buyer pays for the order right on the site — by card, via SBP (the fast payments system, by QR or a button), with e-wallets — the money goes to you, and a receipt is sent to the buyer automatically. We work with all popular gateways (YooKassa, CloudPayments, Tinkoff, Sber, Stripe, etc.); rare and foreign ones — by agreement, taking into account geo and industry restrictions. In most cases online payment from individuals requires a fiscal receipt by law — we assess your specific case (there are exceptions for certain tax regimes and for payments with legal entities) and connect an online cash register if needed. Important about money: the base price is for our work and does NOT include the payment gateway fee (a percentage on every payment) or the online cash register fee — these are separate ongoing costs that we warn about in advance. Also: the final decision on connection and the tariff is made by the bank or payment service after checking your business — sometimes with conditions or a refusal; we help you go through this. Picture this: right now a client transfers money to a card manually and sends a screenshot — after integration they pay on the site in a couple of clicks, and you see the payment immediately. The base price starts from 30,000 ₽; it depends on the number of gateways and payment methods.
Problems we solve
- The site does not accept online payment — clients pay by manual transfer, and some change their mind along the way.
- Payments have to be confirmed by hand (screenshots, reconciliation) — slow and error-prone.
- A receipt is required by law, but there is no cash register — that is a violation and a risk of fines.
- You want several payment methods (cards, SBP, installments), but do not know how to connect them.

FAQ
Which payment gateway should I choose?
It depends on the country, the fees (commission per payment) and the payment methods you need. In Russia, YooKassa, CloudPayments, Tinkoff and Sber are popular; for international payments — Stripe and others. We choose one for your business and tell you about the fees in advance. Note: the bank or service makes the final decision on connection after checking your activity.
How much does it cost afterwards — are there hidden payments?
Our work is one-off — from 30,000 ₽, and it does NOT include the gateway fee or the cash register fee. The payment gateway itself charges a fee on every payment (usually a percentage of the amount), and the online cash register may have its own subscription — these are ongoing costs on top of our work. We name all recurring payments in advance so there are no surprises.
Is a fiscal receipt mandatory?
In most cases, for online payment from individuals — yes, a fiscal receipt is required. But there are exceptions (certain tax regimes, settlements with legal entities) — we assess your specific case. Where a receipt is needed, we connect an online cash register (your own or a cloud one like ATOL Online), and it is sent to the buyer automatically.
