Russian payment gateways
Russian gateways are accepting payments in Russia on the site: we connect YooKassa, Tinkoff, CloudPayments, Robokassa, SBP and Sber — cards, QR payment via SBP, with a 54-FZ fiscal receipt and linking to orders.
Russian payment gateways — overview

Russian gateways is the connection of Russian payment systems (YooKassa, Tinkoff Kassa, CloudPayments, Robokassa, SBP, Sberbank, etc.) to your website: accepting cards, QR payment via the Faster Payments System (SBP), saved cards and recurring charges, refunds and payment-status notifications. We set up a secure form, linking payments to orders, a test mode and error handling. Importantly and honestly about 54-FZ (a Russian law that applies to businesses operating in Russia): when an individual pays, it requires issuing a fiscal receipt through a fiscal data operator. This is solved in two ways: either you take a gateway with a built-in cashbox (YooKassa, for example, can send receipts itself), or we connect an online cashbox (ATOL Online, Evotor, etc.). We discuss right away how receipts will work for you rather than leaving it “for later” — without a receipt, accepting payments from individuals is against the law, and it is more honest to settle this at the start. Also honestly about acquiring: the commission rate and payout terms you agree with the bank or payment service directly — those are their rates, not ours. We will help choose a system for your turnover and business type and integrate it, but the acquiring contract and verification you arrange with the provider. And about SBP: QR payment usually has a lower fee than cards; SBP does have its own limits, and not all refund flows work the same as with cards — we will factor this in when choosing. If the cost of acceptance matters to you, we will point out where it fits. And about volume: if your payments are rare, a payment link or an invoice is sometimes enough without a full integration into the site — we will say so honestly. A full integration pays off when payment comes in a stream and it matters that an order marks itself paid. Picture this: a buyer pays for an order by card or by QR via SBP, immediately gets a receipt, and in your system the order is marked paid — without manual reconciliation and without breaking 54-FZ. The base price starts from 35,000 ₽ for the integration; it depends on the system, the number of payment methods and the cashbox solution.
Problems we solve

- It is unclear how to comply with 54-FZ and issue receipts to clients.
- Payments are not linked to orders — accounting reconciles by hand.
- You do not use SBP, although its fee is lower than for cards.

FAQ
Do you handle the 54-FZ receipts?
We set things up so that receipts are issued, but the fiscal receipt itself is generated by a cashbox and a fiscal data operator, not by us. There are two ways: either a gateway with a built-in cashbox (YooKassa, for example, sends receipts itself), or a separate online cashbox (ATOL Online, Evotor). We discuss right away which way suits you, because without a receipt accepting payments from individuals is against the law — this must be settled at the start, not after. Note: we set up the integration as IT specialists; registering the cash register (KKT) and the legal responsibility for fiscalization are on your side, and the final 54-FZ nuances should be confirmed with your accountant.
What will the acceptance fee be?
You agree the acquiring rate with the bank or payment service directly — those are their rates, not ours. They depend on turnover, business type and payment method: for example, the SBP fee is usually lower than for cards. We will help choose a system for your situation and integrate it, but the contract and terms are between you and the provider.
Do we definitely need a full integration?
Not always. If payments are rare, a payment link or issuing an invoice is sometimes enough without embedding a form into the site — we will say so honestly. A full integration pays off when payment comes in a stream and it matters that an order marks itself paid and matches the accounting. Then manual reconciliation is more expensive than the setup. And if you sell outside Russia or accept payments from non-residents — that is for international gateways (see the “International gateways” service).
